fellow TMC owners,

here's BLUEGREEN'S email address; send them an email asking how their takeover of TMC will impact owners (especially addressing your own individual issues, e.g., exorbitant management fees..............or whatever other issues you personally have). also, GOOGLE BLUEGREEN: from what i saw, their track record is not too favorable. however, they MIGHT be reviewing their negative online image and attempting to turn it around. the takeover of TMC MIGHT (MIGHT) be beneficial to current TMC owners...............VERY "IFFY" BUT A DEFINITE POSSIBILITY. stretching this point, we may not need to establish a lawsuit if BLUEGREEN comes through for us...............AGAIN, "IFFY," BUT WORTH A LOOK-SEE. (a phone call to bluegreen's officers/management might even suit individuals' request for more information regarding how we owners will be impacted by a takeover.) i suspect there will be a near-future takeover of the current TMC board of directors by bluegreen which could be to our benefit, another "iffy" possibility. the only way to remove the various 'IFFIES" IS TO GET INFORMATION DIRECTLY FROM BLUEGREEN ASAP.
