Lawyer has received many checks - and it's still early. Bluegreen isn't going to change anything(and once lawsuits are filed - I bet they will pull out of the deal). - the reviews on them are bad and the Timeshare business is a fool's business. Many of us made a quick decision with TMC but that decision was made worse when we received 750 page bylaws in the mail and random way over average maintenance increases year over year / and they rented our our rooms to the public. They have already admitted to fraudulent actions ..... It's time to deal with this and stop waiting. NYAG won't be the answer. Bluegreen won't be the answer. We have to fight for people to be held accountable for their actions. If we don't - nothing will happen.
