Anyone who discourages people to join the Zimmerman lawsuit(s) because some "salvation" is just around the corner and we should all wait is either kidding themselves, very naive or may have other motives. The NYAG has not accomplished anything, except have the Eichners admit their deceit and guilt. The Eichners's admissions of guilt mean we've all been duped. I have no idea if there's a statute of limitations on their admission, but if there is, then we can't afford to wait. Do you really expect some new owner who is already in the timeshare business to be generous and reduce the maintenance costs because us owners think they're high and unfair? I've sent in my money to Zimmerman and there are going to be lawsuits. Any new owner will have to deal with these lawsuits and obviously maintenance fees will rise even more. Seriously, you're best chance is to join the Zimmerman lawsuit(s) and have a chance.
