Section III F. in Zimmerman's proposal seems to say they can ask for funds beyond the $1,250 either because not enough owners sign up (which makes sense but at least it will be known up front) or to "properly fund this litigation to prevent Defendants from trying to defeat us by outspending us using legal tactics such as excessive discovery." That seems open-ended. Is there anything that can prevent requested legal fees from going beyond the $1,250? Or at least excessively so?
