I urge posters to be careful about posting incorrect or misleading information which simplifies a complex situation for us all. There are many many different ‘plans’ with different names - biennial, bi-annual, triennial, split, 5 weekday only... adnauseum ... not just the 7 days/yr all of which which makes the vacancy/availability calculations virtually impossible. AND... litigation will require DOCUMENTATION of some sort, to show that you were denied usage making the legal hurtles high.
