Do you happen to know if TMC is buying back timeshares at fair market value at this time (July 2018)? The last time I spoke with a TMC rep, they said no sales were happening because TMC was in litigation. If they are not buying back, do you happen to know if they are selling time shares again and at what price? I've been an owner since 2002 and have paid my maintenance fees every year on time.
