I have some close friends who want to take over by deeded timeshare at Ka'anapali Beach club resorts, I am a widow now and can't afford to pay the maintenance fees every year. I am having a heck of a time trying to find out who I have to talk to. Diamond Resorts says it isn't them. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
