Half now, and half toward the occupancy date is normal. I just completed my third rental transaction with StayPC for our Kauai timeshare. First payment was immediately after the agreement was signed, and we received the second payment a couple months prior to the date noted within the agreement. I usually require upfront rental amount for transactions with individuals, but I tried the two payment process with StayPC and it works.

Hi Mike. I dealt with StayPC in 2013 and 2014 for the rental of our Marriott Kauai timeshare. Similar circumstances, they responded to my listing, full price. I had no problems with StayPC. They delivered as promised. They were agreeable to either their standard rental agreement, or to a rental agreement that I might offer. After reviewing their agreement, I opted to go with their agreement.
