There was another person several months ago who did that & their credit card company refunded their money. At least it gives you time to dispute the charge with Vidanta. Since Vidanta makes fradulent promises, I think it is completely legal. I wish that we had done so when we bought in.

Did you buy into Grand Mayan, Grand Luxxe? You can email customer service & they will respond. Do not even bother trying to reach the sales office because they don't get back to you. Just make sure that you get a written record of trying to reach them. I would email the sales office & copy customer service as your credit card company will want to see that you tried to reach them.
