Got a voicemail from customer service yesterday who also said he’d send an email but I’ve gotten no email so far. Called the credit card company today who is putting a dispute on the charges and sending me the paperwork to get the ball rolling on the issue. Didn’t want to wait another day for that as I know time is of the essence with this. I’ll keep you posted. Thanks for your advice.
