Put it up on Ebay, Redweek and Tug for 100% free. You would have to pay closing costs/transfer fees to get rid of it. Even at 100% free, it might still take some time to get rid of it.

Also, the company who owns it (Diamond I think) might have a deedback program when the deed is free and clear of a mortgage and might take it back for free.

If it's Diamond, it isn't worth anything on the resale market.
