Just click on the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of any page or email support@redweek.com. Please check your spam folder first, though, as we find this is often the issue when responses aren't received.

When you request a week from an owner who has posted a floating week, the owner must check for availability with the resort, and so the week you are requesting might not be available. Our posting policies state, however, that an owner should always post their highest price upfront.
