The FBI definition of white-collar crime is "deceit, concealment, violation of trust and bait and switch." I'm sure you would check all of the above. I estimate about 100 of the complaints involved Samplers. The Arizona Bill proposed (above) is to my knowledge the first bill proposed to safeguard consumers, as opposed to ARDA supported bills strengthening the developer position, and in 2015 aiding and abetting a law passed making it more difficult to be released from a contract for "non-material" errors.
