I own a week in Las Vegas and would never consider converting it to points . Once you convert you can't go back and you are at the mercy of the resort to book a week . I just booked a week at my timeshare . It took me a whole five minutes and I got exactly what i wanted . If it were points I would have to jump through hoops and still probably not get what I wanted .
