Yes. HICV requires you to buy points in order to convert you deeded OL week. I would expect the cost to be around $20,000 for 100,000 or so trust points. Up until about 3 years ago, you could convert up to 4 deeded weeks with a single purchase of around 15,000 points for around $6000-$8000.
