Just a suggestion try renting it out or using it until you can find another owner to take it off your hands . I gave two timeshares back to the home resorts through deed backs in 2011 . I still own one on the Las Vegas strip that I won't give up for anything . I only use it for Las Vegas and as a matter of fact I'll going there on May 1st . I have never had a problem booking my week or renting it out if I'm not using it .

You must have enjoyed your vacation there when you purchased your timeshare or you wouldn't have bought it . Maybe a vacation will help you decide whether to keep it or not . You might even have family members or coworkers who might be interested in renting it from you . Good luck .
