Are you sure there is nothing in your contract or owner's package about how to rescind? Legally it has to be there. Legally, you also have five days to rescind regardless whether the instructions are there or not.

You do not have to be fancy with your wording in your rescission letter. You just have to state that you are exercising your legal right to rescind. Also, all parties who originally signed the contract must sign the rescission letter.
