File a dispute with your credit card company! In most cases, Vindanta will not want to get into a battle with a US credit card reputable company. State that your reason is FRAUD, which is true. They lie about everything. Also do not pay for the membership to Vida Lifestyles, it is of no value. You can get the same prices on travel directly with the hotels & resorts that they have on their site.
