Class action law suit would be awesome. I did put it it up for sale through a timeshare place and had to pay $12k and then found out most are scams as well. No maintenance fee thank goodness, but you pay if you want to use, on top of the fact I bought it. Feel like an idiot, but the pressure is unbelievable when they are trying to sell you. My girlfriend was trying to talk me out if it, so they separated us in different rooms. Less learned too late in my life.
