We also were sold another contract, saying the first one they sold us was unsellable! After an 8 hour ordeal we signed. We paid the deposit on January 14 and this month we had to pay the balance. It has put us in a bind, something we should have never done. My question is, if we dispute with the credit card company,, what happens legally to you, since I signed a Mexican contract?? I do not want to go to jail!!
