The package that you received when you bought it should have the address to which to mail. What company did you buy from?

Your letter of rescission must also include the signatures of everyone who signed when it was bought. It does not have to be fancy or detailed. You do not have to state your reason(s) why you are canceling.

Also, make sure you send it via the method mentioned in the contract. Likely it will be via certified mail.
