We purchased in June 2018 then upgraded in February 2019. This gave us 2 monthly payments. We went for a vacation in New Orleans in September this year and was told by the sales representative that if we upgrade again we can "consolidate" and have 1 monthly payment. After asking for numbers and was pleased we went ahead and agreed. Needless to say we now have 3 monthly payments. I've been in contact with the original people 1 time. They haven't called me back since. I finally reached someone in Customer Service today and filed a formal complaint. The original people will see me again in 3 weeks and you better believe I'm paying them a visit.
