Yes, you can cancel by going back to the sales office with all of the documents. Under No. 11 "General Provisions" it clearly states Mexican law allows you to rescind the contract within five days, which you can do now. They'll try to tell you differently and will fight you on it, but they'll be lying. Be strong and stand your ground!!
