You can call or email them. I've been in touch with them, and they are scheduling a hearing for me to officially file charges against Vida Vacations/Vidanta. They have been very helpful, but they won't be able to get your money back for you once it's gone. They aren't lawyers. They act as an agency to warn others about fraudulent businesses out there acting not in good faith.
