To Tah M, Did you pay on a credit card? If so contact your credit card company immediately & start a dispute on the charge. You can usually do this on line. There are a number of people who got their money back. Then unfortunately you have to deal with the sales office. Put something in writing to them & copy the resort management so that you have a record of it. Good Luck!
