I am a deeded owner from 2000 and am interested in initiating a class action lawsuit. I know a local attorney (Maui), who might be interested in taking it, on a contingency fee basis. The basis for the lawsuit would be deceptive sales practices, as well as being non-responsive to owners concerning maintenance fee/special assessment issues. Any others interested?
