I used Timeshare Exit Team to get out of my Diamond Resort timeshare. I have the recorded quit claim deed from Arizona. I'm not trying to sell you on this company as many on this forum will just say I'm a shill for the company. I'm not. But, I would recommend that you at least look into this company as it works.
