Our experience has been mixed, but for the most part, satisfactory. We did call the travel department in Arizona [1 866 992 3524 ] but got no reply. I contacted Laura at the customer service department and she replied, saying that there phones were out of order.....suspicious??? I am contacting Profeco, a consumer protection agency in Mexico, to see what they know about the resort. I guess the glass is half full or half empty.
