We also purchased in 2007,a studio unit.We were promised we would be able to use it within a year but clearly this was a lie. I agree that we all need to get together and force these crooks to give us our money back.This brings Mexican tourism into disrepute .Profeco needs to step in as enough complaints have been lodged against Belaire if they are serious about protecting the industry.Unfortunately it's too late to reverse our credit card transaction.We sold our Marriot time share which we enjoyed using,only to buy into this scam!!!For a while ive been cautiously optimistic but now all hope is lost...unless something drastic is done.
