I am an owner at the Grand Desert. There is a cabana bar by the adult pool outside Tower 1, which is open in the afternoon. Tower 2, which is where you check in has the Oasis Bar open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. I believe. They also have a daily happy hour.
