I agree about the reliability and competency of TT; I have used them numerous times as buyer and /or seller. However, things are in a bit of disarray there at present, due to the unexpected death of Tia Beinhower (a respected and well liked principal in the company) just last week.

Fyi, Hyatt is exercising ROFR lately in some resales, economy notwithstanding.
