That's like saying a house without a mortgage is worth more than one with a mortgage. I swear this site is loaded with shills that tell us to "pay, pay, pay!" Pay your annual fee, pay for "renovations" (which should have been accounted for in annual fees, as repair and replacement costs), pay whatever the timeshare people want. Crazy.....
