I contacted Gonzales & Gonzales last fall. I spent about an hour on the phone with their "local" representative and followed up witht he faxed documents. I never heard a word from them. I filed with Profecta and they contacted me several times but nothing happened. I called my credit card company, explained what happened, and filed the same documents indicating fraud with them. It took months, but VISA got ALL my money back. I fell for their scam on April 2, 2009 and finally received my money back on March 17, 2010. It's never too late to try and reverse the charges if you used a credit card for the initial payment and or any monthly payments.
