Wait for it . They draw you in with an offer to buy . They string you along for a while until they believe you are hooked and then they come up with a " fee " that has to be paid before they can complete the transaction . They are very good at what they do . If you decide to go along with them then as soon as they ask for any money it's time to end the scam .
