I'm not finding any damning evidence against SumDay Vacations. However, I know that they work with Timeshares To Charity/Timeshare Charity Transfer as well as the David & Cindy MacMillan companies (Pacific Transfer, Right Choice Transfer, Resort Member's Association, Transfer Smart, etc).

If SumDay Vacations is a "good" company then my advice to them would be to stay far away from companies that have proven track records of being dirtier than dirt itself.
