Hey Ben! I was going to suggest keeping it for a few years, renting it out to recoup some of your original investment....that way when you are ready to vacation after things turn around for you, you didn't give up your vacation plan. Good luck and another option...Why don't you donate a week to a charity and take a tax deduction? Good luck
