I own a thimeshare at the Manhatten Club. I wish to join any and all lawsuits/class actions regarding the Manhatten Club. I believe the management is manipulating the owners. They have raised the maintenance fees to unreasonable and unjustifiable levels making ownership extremely costly in what appears to be an effort to force us to sell.
