as far as i'm concerned, if there is a lawsuit, someone's wasting his/her time pursuing it. it failed once with a certain law team. i believe it's been referred to the same team with the same legal strategies; where's the wisdom in that? as new yorkers say: FUGGETABOUTIT! that is, unless you're an attorney with total new york timeshare/condominium EXPERTISE with a proven winning track record.
