It shouldn't be forgotten that the owners that continually paid all of their fees and taxes did so at a higher rate in order to support the property when others chose not to pay. Those were people of character whom decided that regardless of Manhattan Clubs owners behavior, they were not going to violate their contracts. Two wrongs don't make a right and those that chose not to pay should not be rewarded.
