Anyone who pays the exorbitant maintenance fees is a sucker since rooms are available at better hotels for less...Doubletree is right on Times square ...it is newer, has MUCH BETTER elevators..and almost always has suites available whenever you want...that's why I'm not paying any fees to the crook!! ...Les Lindenberg
