My time shares at the Manhattan Club are fee simple ownership which means they are mine and would be part of my estate if they still belong to me at the time of my death. Fee simple ownership can be deeded to others or would pass under the owner's will if he/she has a will or to the heirs if the owner dies intestate (without a will).
