Hear Hear! Everything Dennis said rings true in my book. I sent the paperwork in today and will be rid of this mess, free and clear. We enjoyed our stays, never really had any booking issues, and like many others had hoped to have a nice investment for the future. The maintenance fees became too much of a burden, and so we feel we can use that money to stay elsewhere. We still love NYC and all it's craziness, and would still stay at TMC if it makes sense to do so. Our loss in this process was minimal compared to some of you.
