Good Evening All, I already started my wyndham ovation exit program. Paid my timeshare in full last month 10yrs with 15% apr.smh. Now I got an email from wyndham regarding the deed application. Filing fee is about $710 and optional $250 title insurance. Do I need to apply deed in order to go through the ovation process. Asking for members with similar experience. Thank you
