You usually do not need another person or company to sell your property. The first step to take is to determine the realistic resale value of your unit. Likely, it is like most units out there, worth about zero dollars. You can check E-Bay for completed sales of units similar to yours to get an idea of what your unit is worth. If it is worth about $1000 or less, then finding "a honeet person or company to help [you] sell [your] property" will be useless because any legit resale broker will charge a minimum $1500 commission.
