There are still a few independent timeshares out there . I own one on the Las Vegas strip right next door to Bellagio . I own a deeded week . I go there every year and don't trade it . We have the best management you could imagine . They keep my maintenance fees down to $ 600 a year . I even made arrangements to pass it on in my trust and the recipients know all about it . My advice is to keep looking and do your homework . Don't ever buy points .
