Referral to Gatlinburg Needed

I am looking for owners in the Gatlinburg area who would like a referral for someone who wants to visit that area and take a tour of some timeshares. We are planning on gonig at the end of April and would be willing to take a tour for a break on a room to stay in.

Crown Park is a new timeshare resort in the heart of Gatlinburg behind the Convention Center. It's in very active sales. I don't know if they give breaks on their rates for tours, but I do know the 'street hawkers' have offered us money to take a tour, which we declined as we are not interested in acquiring a timeshare.

There are also other timeshare resorts there that you could tour for the perks offered. The 'street hawkers' are everywhere on the main drag so you shouldn't have a hard time finding timeshare tour info once you get there.

Added: You might call Crown Park to see if they would give you a cut rate for taking a tour. It never hurts to ask.

Thanks for the info. What I am looking for is an owner in the Gatlinburg area that could used the referral points for recommending someone. We will be passing thru that way to Texas and a free couple of nights stays is better than having to pay for it. Its worth a couple hours of my time to take a tour.

Hi Tim, Summer Bay also has a resort in Gatlinburg. Unfortunately, I own an Orlando Summer Bay unit so I think I wouldn't get the $50 referral money.
