Hilton Head and Thanksgiving

I have a Marriott Surfwatch rental which I forgot to submit for points. Thus, I have to use it. This rental is a silver week which runs from roughly November to the following March. I was thinking of reserving it for Thanksgiving week (of 2023) for 7 days and posting it here for rent. Is that a good idea? what would I charge?

Is there a better time to rent it during the Nov-Mar time frame? I would appreciate any advice, recommendations and suggestions on which week to reserve/rent and how much to ask.
