Any one rented at Westin Ocean resort villas - Maui?

I am interested in renting a 2 bedroom in either March, april, or may 08. Has anyone rented from a westin owner? Are there any surprises or anything I should know when dealing with Westin? Also, are the prices advertised on rentals realilistic or can you usaully negotiate ? Obiviously I've never rented a timeshare before. Thanks for any help and info.

Way to much money for me even though I would love to own there!

I like our vacations but no way I'm giving some owner two house payments and two car payments to stay seven days anywhere!
