Marriott Royal Palms?

if a resale listing of royal palms says week 16, can i assume that is a RED marriot season and have access to all the other red weeks via marriott? or for some reason is this fixed to week 16, which doesnt make any sense to me at all?

on their royal palms season calendar they list 16 as a red week so i would think any of the red weeks are accessible.

I've only heard from some owners that, depending on the sponsor, they may or may not allow access to other weeks--If they do, they may charge a fee for it that original buyers do not have to pay. Of course, they paID WAY TOO MUCH IN THE FIRST PLACE.

I have always rented (not owned) as it is a much better transaction all around. A 3-BR townhouse at Royal Palms--direct from owner was only $90/nightly. This year it will be $95--there are plenty of own ers who will rent at or around these prices. Don't believe the hype that lower, lower rentals are rare--they are not
