I am considering buying resale and am wondering if I can buy a membership in both RCI and Interval International. The resort I am looking at is listed as an Interval international site I believe. It is a Marriott property What will be my options if I have any

In looking in the RCI Catalog I don't see any Marriotts listed there. I'm guessing all Marriotts are affiliated with II, so it wouldn't be any point in buying an RCI membership unless you own other resorts that are affiliated with RCI.
